Simon joined the Southern and Eastern Regional Assembly in September 2002 as Programme Liaison Officer with the Ireland Wales Programme Interreg 3A. In April 2007 Simon commenced as Head of Unit for the Ireland Wales Territorial Co-operation Programme (Interreg 4A). Simon is responsible for the technical implementation of the Programme, servicing the Monitoring and Steering Committees, human resource management and financial budgeting for the Programme.

He is mainly responsible for the financial management of the Programme, as well as assisting with the general administration, human resource management and technical implementation of the Programme. Breda joined the Southern and Eastern Regional Assembly in 2003 as a Clerical Officer and commenced as a Project Officer with the Ireland Wales Programme in February 2009. Her duties as Project Officer include analysing and appraising project applications, dealing with grant payment claims, preparing briefing papers for Monitoring and Steering Committees, dealing with enquiries both from people interested in applying for funding and project managers of approved projects and also assisting with the financial management of the Programme.

Siobhan joined the Ireland Wales Programme in June 2008. As the Irish-based Development Officer, Siobhan assists Irish project promoters with the preparation of funding applications and provides ongoing advice and support to Irish partners during project implementation. She also assists with servicing the Programme Monitoring & Steering Committees. Siobhan works in a team with the two Welsh Development Officers, Patrick Lilly and Roger Seddon.
