WIN2 Travel Scheme

The WIN 2 Scheme provides financial assistance to eligible organisations to encourage the formation of partnerships that may lead to the submission of Ireland Wales Programme applications.

The assistance consists of payment against travel & subsistence costs incurred by applicant organisations travelling between Ireland and Wales to meet or seek potential partners, subject to the Scheme's eligibility criteria.

While the scheme is primarily aimed at voluntary, charity and community-based organisations, public sector organisations are now also eligible to apply.
Applicants must formally apply for assistance and receive approval from the Managing Authority prior to travelling.  The WIN2 Scheme is administered centrally by the Joint Technical Secretariat in Ireland.
