Access to EU Finance 2014
The Ireland Wales Programme 2007-13 featured at the “Access to Finance: EU Funding” seminar on 24th February in Waterford, Ireland. The event was organised by Waterford Chamber and Enterprise Europe Network as part of a four-module series on the theme of 'Access to Finance for SMEs'.
The event was primarily aimed at SMEs who would like to develop a clearer understanding of the various forms of finance and funding programmes available through the EU. It focused on EU funding, how the EU budget is allocated and how SMEs can benefit directly and indirectly from EU funding.
Siobhán Rudden, Development Officer, introduced the 2007-13 Programme with case studies of projects which are benefitting Waterford’s economy, including CIME, Hercules, WIN-IPT and Project FUTSAL. The full presentation is available below.
